Hi all,
Does anyone have a requirement for an experienced Rails developer (aka me)? If you do, please let me know soon because I need to pay some bills and otherwise I'm going to have to dust off my Java skills and put on a tie (it's that serious).
I've cut my teeth building my own site: http://cafebop.com.au which is not (yet) a profitable venture but does include some fairly cool stuff:
- (mostly) unobtrusive JS with JQuery
- Custom domain names
- PayPal integration (via ActiveMerchant)
- IPhone integration (for receiving orders only at this stage)
- Image upload/resize
- Tested with shoulda, mocha and cucumber
